Model in CAD

Our team builds a precise digital representation of your panel in CAD software, mapping all holes, cutouts, and dimensions to ensure perfect accuracy before fabrication.

Test Fit

We machine a test panel out of clear polycarbonate and ship to you for test fitting with your airframe and avionics. Using a clear material allows easy reference to fastenings behind the panel face.

At this point any discontinuity between the CAD model and physical entities can be corrected.

Fabricate

Using advanced CNC or waterjet cutting technology, we precisely cut your custom panel from high-quality stock aluminum sheet, ensuring exact specifications and clean edges.

Powder Coat

Your panel receives a professional powder coat finish, providing a sleek, durable surface that resists scratches, corrosion, and wear while maintaining a premium appearance.

UV Print

We print all panel text, labels, and markings using our state-of-the-art direct-to-metal UV printer, ensuring crisp, permanent graphics that won't fade or wear over time.
